Prepare Your Package

Carefully place the jewelry in its original MICHAEL M presentation box and secure it inside the shipping carton with all original documentation.

Affix the Prepaid Label

Print the provided insured prepaid shipping label and adhere it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to an authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
